Balanced Scorecard: dalle CCIAA un efficace modello di progettazione ed implementazione technology driven

Il presente paper intende dare un contributo al dibattito attuale legato alla modernizzazione dei sistemi di programmazione e controllo nelle amministrazioni pubbliche, in particolare nelle CCIAA, mediante l’implementazione di sistemi di Performance Measurement, Management and Improvement (PMMI) sulla scorta delle esigenze/opportunità legate all’introduzione degli strumenti ICT e al ricorso ad innovativi strumenti, quali la Balanced Scorecard.

This paper aims to contribute to the current debate related to the modernization of planning and control systems in public administrations, in particular in the Chamber of Commerce, through the implementation of “Performance Measurement, Management and Improvement (PMMI) systems” based on needs/opportunities related to the introduction of ICT and to the use of innovative tools, such as the Balanced Scorecard.

Ce document vise à contribuer au débat actuel sur la modernisation des systèmes de planification et de contrôle pour les administrations publiques, en particulier pour les Chambres de commerce, par la mise en œuvre de systèmes de mesure, de gestion et d’amélioration des performances (PMMI) basés sur les besoins/opportunités liés à l’introduction des TIC et à l’utilisation d’outils innovants, tels que le tableau de bord prospectif (Balanced Scorecard).
